Abstract

The unemployment is becoming a problem concerned by the world.There are a lot of drawbacks of current unemployment rate. According to the analysis of the investigation of social unemployment situation and the registration of unemployment,it has been proved that the unemployment rate cann't completely reflect the social unemployment. So the unemployment index has been presented to reflect the situation much more comprehensively and accurately.
