Analysis on 51 cases of anaphylactic reaction induced by shengmai injection

Objective: To analyze the characteristics of anaphylactic reaction induced by shengmai injection,and provide reference for clinic drug use.Methods: We collected the ADR cases of anaphylactic reaction induced by shengmai injection reported on the domestic academic journals during 1989 – 2012,and analyzed the information of the patients,drug use,occurrence time and clinical manifestation of anaphylactic reactions included in the ADR cases retrospectively.Results: There were 51 cases of anaphylactic reaction induced by shengmai injection published in 38 papers,which had no obvious significance in gender and distributed in different age groups.The main clinical manifestation of the anaphylactic reactions induced by shengmai injection included 20 cases of skin and appendages disorder(39.22%),19 cases of anaphylactic shock(37.25%),7 cases of gastrointestinal reaction(13.73%),and so on.Conclusion: The anaphylactic reaction induced by shengmai injection related to pharmacological effect of the components and preparation technology.Shengmai injection should be used rationally,especially when it was used continuously,more attention should be paid to.
