Literature Analysis of 63 Cases of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Chuanhuning Injection

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical features and regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by Chuanhuning injection,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS:Domestic medicine periodicals were searched between 1994 and 2010,and 63 cases of anaphylactic shock caused by Chuanhuning injection were summarized and analyzed by pharmacological epidemiology method.RESULTS:Most of the cases were rapid type anaphylactic shock.The adverse drug reactions often happened in 30minutes after administration,accounting for 95.24%.The symptoms of anaphylactic shock involved circulation,respiration and center nerve system.61 cases were recovered,and 2 cases died.The death rate was 3.17%.CONCLUSION:The main reasons of anaphylactic shock induced by Chuanhuning injection are patient habitus,drug quality and rational use of drug.
