Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method for luteolin in Zhuangyao Qingre Granula. Methods The content of luteolin was determined by HPLC,the analytical column was symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2%phosphatic acid(50∶50)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 350 nm,and the column temperature was at room temperature. Results Luteolin injection volume in the range of 0.16μg to 0.80μg showed good linear relationship(r=0.999 7),the average recovery rate was 97.6%(RSD=1.75%).This method met the analysis requirement. Conclusion The established HPLC method is reproducible and effective, and is suitable for the determination of luteolin in Zhuangyao Qingre Granula.
