Abstract
Objective:To study the application and clinical significant of D-dimer detection in gynecological malignant tumor. Methods:The D-dimer concentration was detected with HITACHI 7170A automatic biochemistry analysis instrument in 139 cases of gynecological malignant tumor and 98 cases of gynecological benign tumor and 42 cases of health examination women. The concentration was compared between different groups. Results:The serum D-dimer level in gynecological malignant tumor group was significant higher than normal group(P0.01).While there is no statistic difference between gynecological benign tumor group and normal group(P0.05).The serum D-dimer level in the gynecological malignant tumor patients of Ⅲ or Ⅳ stages was significant higher than in those of Ⅰor Ⅱstages(P0.01).The serum D-dimer level in the ovarian cancer was significant higher than that in other malignant tumors(P0.01).Conclusion:The detection of D-dimer has very important clinical signifiacant for the differential diagnosis of gynecological tumors and the progression and the stage evaluation of tumors.D-dimer plays a special role in the laboratory diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
