Abstract

The total phosphate in surface and waste water was determined with FIA6000+ by FI-Photometric Method. The measuring range was 0.02~2 mg/L,detection limit was 0.004 mg/L.And recover rate of standard addition is 97.2% ~103%.Compared with method of ammonium molybdate spectrophotography in GB 11893-89,the result showed that the method is suitable for the analysis of total phosphate in the surface and slightly-polluted water. And the digestion efficiency of heavypolluted wastewater will be elevated by the utility of ultrasonic wave.
