Research on optimum select of high standard solvent oil type of M refinery

Abstract

After testing the fraction range of various naphtha provided by M refinery by distillation experiment,and detailed analyzing to the chemical substance structure of naphtha by gas chromatograph,the result showed that the raffinate oil have the material conditions producing the 6~# solvent oil with low aromatic hydrocarbon.Simulation calculation shows that the raffinate oil can produce the 6~# solvent oil which is aromatic hydrocarbon10 mg/L and sulfur0.5 mg/L by catalytic hydrogenation.The above 6~# extract solvent oil can produce two high standard solvent oil by further distillation,which are hexane with the purity 98%and isohexane with the purity 99%.Compared with conventional and D series solvent oil,the difference of average prices between hexane and naphtha is up to 4 000 yuan/t and the difference is stable,so it is available to produce isohexane and hexane using raffinate oil to gain good economic benefits.
