Abstract

The Fluid Catalytic Cracking Slurry contains heavy aromatics, satisfied hydrocarbon and a small amount of gum and bituminous, which could be used separately by solvent extraction and fraction cutting. This study put forward two process technologies which were vacuum cutting-solvent extraction(scheme 1) and solvent extraction-vacuum cutting(scheme 2) of slurry and conducted a comparative study of technology conditions and product properties. The temperature of cutting gum and bituminous are both 355 ℃ under the vacuum degree of 5.586 kPa.The extractive conditions of scheme 1 are as follows: solvent to oil 1.8,extractive stirring time 20 min, extractive temperature 70 ℃;the yield of raffinate oil, aromatic fraction, heavy fraction are 26.94%,42.86%,30.20% respectively;the content of satisfied hydrocarbon in raffinate oil were 82.50% and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon in raffinate oil are 86.62%.The extractive conditions of scheme 2 are as follows: solvent to oil 2.5,extractive stirring time 30 min, extractive temperature 80 ℃;the yield of raffinate oil, aromatic fraction, heavy fraction were 39.10%,32.17%,28.73% respectively;the content of satisfied hydrocarbon in raffinate oil are 61.14% and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon in raffinate oil are 85.11%.
