Abstract
A new kind of compound solvent is used in the extraction of oil slurry.The FCC reaction is conducted on the raffinate which is enriched with satisfied hydrocarbon and mixing oil.The product distribution,target product yield and main properties of cracking product under the best condition are studied.The experimental results indicate that the raffinate oil has a fine FCC performance and its optimal reaction conditions are shown as follows:6.0 of catalyst to oil,520℃ of reaction temperature and 12.0 h-1of weight hourly space velocity.The mixing ratio of raffinate oil with reduced crude oil should be less than 30%.The target product yield and properties of gasoline and diesel oil of mixing oil are the same as those of reduced crude oil.
