Abstract
The effects of concentration of polyethylene glycol, ammonium sulfate and pH on extraction of cellulase from industrial cellulase in aqueous two-phase system of PEG-4000 and ammonium sulfate were studied. The results show that: The conditions of aqueous two-phase systems extraction are as folows: concentration of(NH4)2SO4 is 8%,concentration of PEG4000 26%,pH4.8,The partition coefficient K and the recovery rate were 5.21 and 79.4% respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
