Abstract
For undergraduate courses of management,teaching content arrangement and teaching methodology are required to match with different and variable learning demands.According to two guides and three demands,this article suggests four teaching strategies: basic knowledge teaching from point to area,case teaching intensifying theoretical knowledge and theoretical application,research teaching focusing on theory forming and T teaching emphasizing happy experiences in order to emphasize combination in class without of class,importance of both theory and practice,combination individuals with team.
