Nursing Care for Paitents with Severe Cerebral Contusion after Tracheotomy

Objective To discuss the nursing care for paitents with severe brain injury after tracheotomy and take appropriate care measures.In order to reduce the complication of severe cerebral contusion in patients with lower mortality.Methods:70 cases with severe brain injury after tracheotomy suction were strictly nursed though tube care measures.The results were observed and evaluated.Results:Pulmonary infection hypoxia and asphyxia caused by respiratory mucus plug.Complications of tracheotomy infections and adverse reactions dis not occur in all 70 cases.Conclusion:Proper use of the above-mentioned measures to treat patients with severe brain injury after tracheotomy was effective.6refs.
