Abstract
In order to know the disinfection-related properties of monophyletic preparation of chlorine dioxide disinfection solution, suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative germicidal tests and physicochemical analysis method were used to carry out experimental observation. Results: The killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 48.9 mg/L for 2.5 min was 5.00,that of Candida albicans exposed to the same conditions was 4.00.The killing logarithm of spores of Bacilllus subtilis var.niger in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 391 mg/L for 5 min was 5.00 and that of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on carrier exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 489 mg/L for 15 min was 3.00.After the stock solution of the disinfection solution was stored at 54℃ for 14 days, its chlorine dioxide content decreased by 5.7%.The disinfection solution at applied concentration was corrosive to metals. Conclusion: The disinfection solution has good germicidal efficacy and is stable during storage, but it is corrosive.
