Abstract

According to the analysis on the necessity of reformation of enterprises run by universities and colleges, introduced Game theory, with the mainline of property rights, the relation between principal and agency is studied. With the viewpoint of management on property rights and finance, some advices are provided in the way of supervision and incentive.
