Abstract
There are few studies on the business operators' property rights and competitive incentives of state-owned enterprises from the human capital perspective now.Based on the human capital theory combining with the cutting-edge researches,this paper proposes a new study frame focusing on the internal property transformation of human capital by means of competitive incentives for managing and inspiring business operators.This frame can be used to analyze the human capital composition of business operators of state-owned enterprises;redefine the operator human capital property rights of state-owned enterprises,restructuring corporate governance frame;study the internal payment structure of business operators and rationalize the power arrangement based on the tournament theory;reconstruct the broad sense interior labor market;modify the behavioral contract theory;and probe into the solutions to constructing effective manager markets.
