Abstract
In the post-crisis era,the importance of protecting financial consumers' rights has been gradually known in every country in the world,and the financial reform plans to focus on financial consumer protection have started.It's necessary for China to reflect the current lack of financial consumer protection system,learn from successful legislative experiences abroad,fully implement the conception of an inclined protection of financial consumers,promote financial consumer protection legislation,introduce general anti-fraud provisions,and build integrated financial consumer protection agencies.
