In the background of post-financial crisis era,the issue to the protection for financial consumers has become a hot topic among governments all over the world.China's financial consumer protection has been neglected,the inadequate laws and regulations have been unable to adapt to the needs of the development of financial markets.The research aims to design a universal and high efficient law frame system to protect the financial consumers based on our national situation and borrowed the experience from America through the comparison of Sino-American protection system for financial consumers.It can better protect the financial interests of consumers in the financial markets under the background of post financial crisis era,thus promoting the steady development of China's financial markets.
