Abstract
As H-TCP is short of RTT fairness and TCP-friendly,we present an improved algorithm RH-TCP for congestion control based on H-TCP.The result of NS-2 simulation experiments shows that RH-TCP advances in RTT fairness and TCP-friendly obviously, and keeps good bandwidth utility, stability, convergence and fairness.RH-TCP has generally the best performances among the six new TCP protocols.
