Abstract
The traditional Transmission Control Protocol(TCP) can not meet the high-speed network development. In the high-speed network congestion control algorithms,H-TCP is concerned with its well-integrated,but H-TCP has a serious RTT unfairness problem. For the H-TCP shortcomings,we propose CH-TCP that is an improved algorithm based on H-TCP.With VCP idea,CH-TCP takes advantage of the idle IP datagram header field to carry information on RTT,witch has markedly enhanced the RTT fairness and retains the original good performance of H-TCP.
