Abstract

A method of high performance liquid chromatography with solid phase extraction for the determination of gibberellin residue in tomato has been developed. The purified results of gibberellin samples on a few kinds of columns are investigated. The linear range of this method is 0.20~1.05×10~(2) mg/L. The detection limit is 0.011 mg/kg. Under the optimized condition with the C_(18) column, the average recoveries are 88.45%~95.90% and the RSD is from 1.15% to 6.56%.
