Research of the Methodology of the Clinical Blood Transfusion Administration and Evaluation for Basic Level Hospital in Yili

Objective To discuss the measures of enhancing clinical blood supervision in lag of information by summarizing the clinical transfusion administration and evaluation. Methods Summarized the improvement in quality management of clinical transfusion and analyzed the production of evaluation indicators and the application of evaluation methods from 2012 to 2014 in hospital. Then,compared the indicators of clinical transfusion quality after manage and evaluate with that before.Finally,It's summarized that the effect of clinical transfusion management and evaluation. Results Clinical department of blood transfusion become more scientific clearly. The verification of the indicators in blood bank requisition form became more complete and standard. The percent of approved mass blood transfusion reach 100%. The percent of autologous transfusion and the coincidence rate of transfusion indication increase year by year. The numbers of extra demand of transfusion decrease year by year. Conclusion In basic level hospital,by transfusion management and evaluation of clinical department and establishing an evaluation system and method of reasonable transfusion,clinical transfusion management continuously improve,and then achieve the goal to transfusion safely and reasonably.
