Developing low-carbon economy is the requirement of realizing scientific and sustainable development as well as the fundamental approach to cope with global climate change.High carbon energy structure coal-based in China makes certain obstacles in developing low-carbon economy,which is reflected on path dependence in such aspects as the energy endowment,traditional technology,economic system,industrial structure,etc.This situation calls for such measures as reforming the original system arrangement,improving technical innovation and establishing carbon-trading market,so as to promote the development of China's low-carbon economy.
