Investigation of Realizing Path on Low-Carbon Economy from American,Japanese and European Experiences

Low-carbon economy is a new model of economic development,its essence is to use energy efficiently and developing clean energy and its key is energy technology,industrial structure,system innovation and a fundamental change of the concept of human survival and development.Firstly,it systematically expounds the policies and development experience on developing low-carbon economy in United States,Japan,Europe and other typical developed countries;secondly,it simply discusses the current difficulties in developing low-carbon economy;finally,it discusses the road map about developing low-carbon economy from three view points,such as the propaganda,economic policy and low-carbon technology system.
