Abstract
Objective:To investigate the combined α-lipoic acid Methylcobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:A hospital in January 2009-2010 January 72 treated patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by peripheral neuropathy (DPN) patients as observation objects were randomly divided into treatment group (α-lipoic acid combined methylcobalamin) and control group (conventional treatment) of the 36 cases, compared two groups of treatment. Results:After a course of treatment, compared with the control group, treatment group was 88.9%,significantly higher (69.5%) (P0.05).Conclusion:α-lipoic acid combined methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy was significantly less adverse reactions, and worthy of clinical application.
