Abstract

Keeping constant velocity of bottom-blown nitrogen, the experimental study on thermodynamics of high nitrogen steel refining was carried out in a high temperature and high pressure reaction furnace. The experimental result was analyzed with orthogonal method. The result indicated that among the influential factors which affect the nitrogen solubility, pressure was uppermost one,and the nitrogen solubility increased as the pressure rised. The content of alloy(Cr,Mn)took the second place, and the influence of Cr was stronger than that of Mn,the nitrogen solubility increased as the contents of Cr and Mn increased.Temperature took the third place, and the nitrogen solubility reduced as the temperature rised.
