Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of dynamic post management to clinical nursing work. Methods: The part-time dynamic nursing post was set through on-site observation, interview and job analysis. Then outpatient navigation post, blood-drawing post, and medical examination post were chosen to put into clinical practice. Patient satisfaction for nursing service and nursing human cost input were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation. Results: After the implementation, the scores of patient satisfaction for total nursing service were significantly higher than before(P0.05). The human cost input was lower. Conclusion:The dynamic nursing post management model can revitalize nursing human resources and exploit multi-channel, wide-range career paths for nurses. So it deserves promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
