To Observe the Effect of Nursing Hierarchy Management Implementation of Clinical Nursing Service Quality

Abstract
Objective to discuss the effect of nursing level management in clinical nursing service quality. Methods select 40 nurses in the Department of internal medicine in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into observation and control group, 20 cases in each group, using different methods in nursing management, comparison of two groups of nursing service quality; at the same time in the two groups were selected in 80 patients, and to compare the nursing satisfaction. Results the two groups of basic nursing quality of nursing staff in comparison has a bigger difference(P 0.05); the two group patients nursing satisfaction comparison has bigger difference(P 0.05). Conclusion nursing quality nursing hierarchy management can effectively improve the nursing staff, and can improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care.
