Abstract
In the early Qing Dynasty,the Qing government strengthened the management and jurisdiction of society in Tibetan area of Qinghai after squashing the revolt of Luo Bo Zang Dan Jing in the second year of Yongzheng.To mid Qing Dynasty,the Qing government carried out a great elastic policy to the society in Qinghai Tibetan area auording to the national and Qinghai situation.This paper probes into the elastic policy in QianLong Dynasty in terms of the relevant materials.
