Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical value of determination of CEA,CA199,CA50,CA724 in the serum of the patients with gastric Cancer. Methods: The level of CEA,CA199,CA50 and CA724 in the serum of the patients with gastric cancer(75 cases),those with benign gastric disease(60 cases)and healthy controls(60 cases) were determined, respectively, with electrochemical luminescence. Results: The positive rate of CEA,CA199,CA50 and CA724 is,repectively,45.3 %,54.7 %,37.3 % and 42.7 %,and the positive rate of joint detection of them is 74.6 %.Conclusion: Joint detection of CEA,CA199,CA50 and CA724 is of great clinical significance in the diagnosis and curative effect observation of gastric cancer.
