Discovery of the Real Essence of Wang's Learning——On the History of Wang An-shi's Zixue

In the selection society of the Northern Song,owing to the educational need of Juye(举业),the young Wang An-shi began to develop his Zixue.After Wang became a governmental official,his Zixue had much progress.Even by the old age,his interesting was still strong.During the Qing-li reign period(1041-1048),facing the great change of study style,Wang transformed his early Zixue into a kind of new study on moral principles,with which Wang reread the Classics.In the result,Wang renovated his studying,perfected his own learning system,and opened up a new phase of Sungxue.Therefore,Wang's Zixue is the real essence of Wang's learning.
