Therapeutic effect of Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection in patients with congestive heart failure

Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 68 CHF patients were divided into two groups: control group (32cases) and treatment group (36cases).The 32 CHF patients in control group were treated by routine therapy,and the 36 patients in treatment group were treated with Huangqi and Danshen injection on the base of routine therapy.The cardiac function and its echocardiogram index were measured before and treatment in both groups.Results:The total efficacy of cardiac function was 92% in treatment group and 66% in control group after treatment(P0.05).Amelioration of LVEF and CI of echocardiogram in treatment group were more than those in control group after treatment (P0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection can raise the therapeutic efficacy and improves the cardiac function in CHF patients.
