Deficiency of present administrative capability of administrative structure and its promotion approach

The administrative efficiency is the criterion for judging the science and effectiveness of administration activity, and the main performance of administrative structure capability as well. Plenty of contradiction emerging in the economic society forms the restrictive factor for construction and development of harmonious society, and embodies the insufficient administrative capability in administrative structure. This paper intends to illustrate the influencing factors of low administrative efficiency in China from various aspects, and presents several approaches to promote administrative efficiency.
