Abstract

Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of milrinone in the patients with refractory congestive heart failure. Methods 64 patients who admitted to our hospital because of congestive heart failure from 2009.3 to 2010.7 were enrolled into the study. All the cases were belong to NYHA class Ⅲ、Ⅳ group according to NYHA heart functional classification.Milrinone had been continusly introvenus pumped with speed of 0.5μg/(kg·min) for 7 days, and other drugs in cludes vasodilators、cardiac glycosides、diuretics、ACEI were used as routine.Heart function before and after treatment were compare. Results Total effective rate of milrinone was 92.19%.There was significant improvement of healtfunction,no complication was seen. Conclusion Milrinone is efficacy and safety in the treatment of congestive heart failure. No complication was seen.
