Abstract
It is widely acknowledged in the republic of letters that Yu Dafu's fictional writing is greatly influenced by Turgenev. In the creation of zero-man and unwanted man, Yu Dafu had actively learned from Turgenev in both affectional tone and writing techniques. The paper attempts to prove further this idea by analyzing the borrowing of 'The Immigration to South' from Routine.
