Thinking on Application of Task-based Approach in English Teaching in Higher Vocational School

Abstract

Recently,task-based approach as a new teaching idea and teaching activity in English teaching is gradually known and accepted by educational workers. Task-based approach agrees with the teaching goal of the course in the higher vocational English teaching and the students’cognitive laws. At the same time, teaching requirements and characteristics of higher vocational English teaching provides favorable environment for the implementation of the task-based approach.
