Abstract

By using the method of comparative analysis, this paper makes the discussion on the problem of velocity for Chinese and foreign elite male long jumpers. The result shows that our jumper’s absolute speed is lag behind, the last 5m dropped continuously, velocity of last one-step decease, but the range is higher than the one of foreign jumpers and vertical takeoff speed is too small.
