The effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the feeling of anxiety in patients with tinnitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the feeling of anxiety in patients with tinnitus.Methods 210 cases were randomly divided into the control group(100 cases) and the intervention group(110 cases), and the control group received normal nursing, while the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention besides normal nursing. Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) was adopted to assess anxiety of patients before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between two groups before intervention(P0.05), however, the difference between two groups after intervention was evident(P0.05). There was more significant difference in the anxiety rate of the intervention group before and after intervention(P0.01) than the control group before and after intervention(P0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety of patients with tinnitus, and contribute to the recovery of disease.
