Research on Forecasting the Supply and Demand of Talent Resources toward Harmonious Management

This paper analyzes two different development rules of supply and demand of talent resources using theory and methods of systematical engineering.It then advances a set of methods to deal with relative problems,including supply forecast method of talent resources based on time sequence,economic development goals oriented supply forecast method of talent resources,and harmonious management method for regulation the difference between supply and demand of talent resources.The case study of forecasting the supply and demand trend of talent resources in the 11th five-year of Xi'an city indicates that the methods are reasonable and feasible.
