Research on communication industry talent demand under the 3G environment

This paper introduces the concept of 3G and its influence on the communications industry, and discusses the talents structure of the communications industry under the background of 3G. Through analyzing the current situation of the talents demand,this paper points out the existing problems in talent structure, training mode, development prospects and management strategy.Combining with the development planning of the communication industry in our country and using the successful experience of other industries and the good schemes for reference, the paper puts forward some talent development strategies to improve the current situation and gives the specific solutions and measures.
