Abstract

Management of young talent resources is of vital importance for a modern power supply company to realize its goal, which is featured by harmony, learning, lean and standard management. With some management problems existing in a certain power supply company scrutinized, this paper probes into such issues as how to discover, cultivate, manage and make full use of these young talents efficiently.
