REFLECTIONS ON THE REFORM IN AUTONOMY ENROLLMENT SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION

In a new round of the reform in college entrance examination system,the research and practice of the autonomy enrollment system has been perfected,and remarkable results have been achieved.The paper believes that institutions of higher learning should have greater power to make their own decisions in the course of running schools by strengthening the supervision and macro-guidance and the reform in the autonomy enrollment system should be promoted and improved in order to establish a system of selecting talented students that can satisfy the needs of schools of various different types,levels and training requirements.
