Abstract
The system reform of higher education enrollment has entered a new stage,and to strengthen its effects,we should grasp its targets.At present,the higher education enrolment system reform in China should exert itself to deal with three problems:transfer power to schools,select talented people scientifically and impel students to study by examinations.
