Annalysis of Network Planning Technique in the Construction Management Application

This thesis regards the application of network planning technique in construction enterprise construction management as a starting point,combing with the characteristics of construction enterprises,then expounds the necessity of the application of network planning technique and analyzes the problem and reasons in application of network planning technique in construction management,besides,it puts forward some countermeasures of increasing the network planning technique application level of construction enterprises,to promote the application of network planning technique,to improve the construction enterprise construction efficiency and improve the competence of the enterprise.
