Combined with the characters of architectural construction enterprise,it represents the necessity of applying network plan technique,analyses problems and reasons in the application of network technique in construction management,and puts forward the countermeasure of increasing the network plan technique applying level of construction enterprise,to prompt the application of network plan technique.
