Abstract
In this paper, according to the characteristics of building project construction, the importance of application of network planning techniques is pointed out. Based on the present conditions of construction management, chief problems are presented in application, the causes of the problems are analysed in detail, and the policy to improve level of application is discussed. The paper is helpful to the application of network planning techniques to construction management.
