Abstract
The effect of aluminum sulfate on the germination and growth of Pinus massoniana seeds were studied by culturing them in culture dishes.The results have indicated that among various concentrations of experiments,aluminum sulfate have no obvious influence on germination percentage,germination index and vigor index of Pinus massoniana seeds,but can increase their germination vigor and mean germination speed.When the concentration is 3 000 mg·L-1,aluminum sulfate will increase the amylase activity of Pinus massoniana seeds,and can delay the time of amylase beginning to decrease.
