Cooperativity Inhibition Activity of IFN-α and IFN-γ on Proliferation of Cervical Cancer Cells

Abstract
Interferon-α (IFN-α) and Interferon-r (IFN-γ) are cell factors with much stronger anti-tumor activities. A kind of photoactive arylazide-4-azidobenzoic acid was modified to them. The IR data (about 2118cm~-1 ) confirmed the modification. By photo-immobilization, this modified IFN-α and IFN-γ were immobilized on cell culture polystyrene. Micro morphology of the photo-immobilization cell factors were observed by electrophoto-graphy (SEM). In vitro, inhibition activities of co-immobilized IFN-γ and IFN-α to Hela cells were discussed by SEM, TME etc. It was showed that the co-immobilization of (IFN-γ + IFN-α ) had a more stronger inhibition activities on Hela cells (70%), and IFN-γ can cooperate with IFN-α obviously.
