Abstract
To investigate the death effect of co-immobilized and natural cytokines on cervical cancer HeLa cells in different concentrations and time.TNF-α/IFN-γ were co-immobilized on 24-well polystyrene culture plate using photochemical fixed method with 20ng/ml and 200ng/ml concentrations.HeLa cells were treated with co-immobilized or natural TNF-α/IFN-γ in 24h、72h and 144h.The inhibitory rate of co-immobilized TNF-α/IFN-γ on HeLa cells were measured by counting.The programmed cell death of HeLa cells stimulated by different cytokines were detected by optical inverted microscope.
