At present, the issue on the protection of ethnic-folk culture or intangible cultural heritage has held the spotlight in the cultural and academic circles as well as the administrative department concerned. The general concern for the traditional ethnic-folk culture has its particular background of time and space and realistic context. The fast development of modernization and globalization ought to be responsible for the survival crisis and ecological challenge of folklore culture. In this case, a scientific and effective measure should be taken in line with the ecological principle as a fundamental cultural logic in the origination and growth of folklore culture..
