Abstract

Objective:To determine the contents of chloramphenicolum and dexamethasoni phosphas natricus in the chloromycetin compound eyedrops. Methods: The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of chloramphenicolum, and UV absorption was used to determine the total amount of chloramphenicolum and dexamethasoni phosphas natricus for the calculation of the content of dexamethasoni phosphas natricus. Results:The chloramphenicolum curve was linear in the content range of 25.06-75.18 μg·mL 1 , the first order derivative spectrogram was linear at 307 nm ( C =1 393.510 5 D +0.037 2, r =0.999 9), the recovery is 100.5%, RSD =0.61%; The UV absorption spectrogram was linear at 242 nm ( C =102.525 6 A - 0.712 2 , r =0.999 9),the recovery of dexamethasoni phosphas natricus is 99.0%, RSD =0.53%. Conclusion:The method used in this study was easy and practical.
